  10. This libray is provided "as-is".  All use is at your own risk.  It has been
  11. proven to be stable in everyday use (except the ALSPrefs program - it is
  12. STRONGLY SUGGESTED that you save any important data to disk before running
  13. it.  It normally only locks up the computer when using the test functions,
  14. so bear this in mind.  However, recently I have NOT BEEN ABLE TO EVEN LOAD
  15. ALSPREFS WITHOUT IT CRASHING.)
